Terms and Conditions

Advertisements in the programme and Sponsoring Packages can be booked up to and including 31st of January 2026 for early bird fees. Afterwards, booking an advertisement space and sponsoring package is still possible until 9th of March 2026. Between 1st of February and 9th of March the stated late fees apply. We therefore encourage you to book your ad space before 31st of January 2026. 

All artwork for programme advertisements is due by 9th of March at the latest and must be sent to to widasocialmedia@gmail.com. If artwork is not sent in by then, the ad will not be included in the programme without a refund of already paid fees.

Spec for each space is as follows:
- Full Page - 195mm wide x 282mm tall
- Half Page - 195mm wide x 138mm tall
- Quarter Page - 94mm wide x 138mm tall

WIDA reserves the right to refuse artwork with inappropriate contents (such as political and religious contents, or bias towards or against any political or religious belief).
