WIDA Digital g8-11, TCRG & TMRF Session - 6-7th February 2027 (open to candidates outside of Western/Central Europe only)

All regions outside of Western Europe will be invited to take part in a Digital Only G8-11, TCRG & TMRF exam session (note candidates from the regions in which Live exams are held will not be eligible for digital exams). The digital session will replace the other TC/TM sessions we have held in recent years (eg. Siberia, Australia, US). Fees for digital exams will be higher than normal exam fees due to additional time and invigilators required. Candidates will need to book a slot in the timetable and must make themselves available for the written exams (due to different time zones, these may be at awkward times, but this will be unavoidable - every effort will be made to ensure exam times are as suitable as possible). Candidates must conduct the exam in a suitable space (studio/hall, for which costs will not be covered) and have enough dancers of suitable levels available to help. It is strongly recommended that candidates film their practical exam on a second device, so that in the event of connection issues, video evidence can be submitted. For remote written exams, candidates must set up two camera devices (one to film from behind - desk & screen - and one to film candidate from front) and cameras must be switched on. Candidates will need to show that they have no additional people or resources in the room with them. Time will be limited to 45 minutes to reduce the chance for any cheating. The use of any AI tools is strictly prohibited. Candidates must hand write their responses, and then photograph/scan their papers to submit them. The remote written exam session will be recorded. Our first digital exam session will be held the weekend of 6th-7th February 2027.
