Communications Committee
The communications team look after the general day to day communications for WIDA. This includes the website, social media, general email enquiries and the teachers' newsletter.
Local Feis Committee
The Local Feis Committee is responsible for the registration, approval and oversight of all WIDA Live and Digital Feiseanna. The committee manages applications from organisers, provides the official regulations and operational requirements that all approved events must follow, and supports organisers in maintaining WIDA compliance, standards and identity.
The committee also liaises with organisers regarding event planning, operational matters, regulations, and any issues relating to the running of a feis before or after an event.
Please note that the Local Feis Committee cannot access, amend or alter individual feis entries. All dancer or parent queries regarding entries, transfers, payments or uploads must first be directed to their teacher, who will then communicate directly with the feis organiser if required.
Oireachtas Committee
This committee is responsible for the long-term planning, scheduling, development, standardisation, profitability and budget control of both the World-Qualifying Events and other Championship Events within the organisation. The day to day running of individual Oireachtasaí events remain in the remit of the allotted organisers who are supported by the committee in all things pertaining to WIDA compliance and identity.

This team is responsible for planning, organising and running the WIDA World Championships event (including the International Feis) in a standardised and consistent manner.
Furthermore, the team is responsible for the conduct of the competitions, including registrations and timetabling.
This team is NOT responsible for rule changes, results or matters related to syllabi.
